Dr. Chance Choate was born and raised in Dallas. He attended Texas A&M University where he graduated with honors with a degree in biomedical sciences. Dr. Choate received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry where he was named to the Odontological Dental Honor Society.
He continued his professional educational at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston where Dr. Choate earned a postgraduate Master of Science in Dentistry and a certificate in orthodontics. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics.
Following completion of his residency, Dr. Choate worked in private practice near Baltimore, Maryland and Denver, Colorado while his wife, Kara, completed her medical residency training in urologic surgery.
With the support of an exceptional team, Dr. Choate hopes to create a welcoming environment treating patients with respect and care. He stays up to date with the latest techniques and technologies to provide the best experience for his patients.
While orthodontics occupies much of his time, outside of the office you’ll find Dr. Choate spending time with his wife eating good food, fly-fishing, cycling, or skiing. He is also an avid sports fan of his hometown Dallas teams and Texas A&M Aggies.
